Ⅰ: Notice before starting the machine.

1. The machine is powered by single phase/220V alternative current; Confirm the right connection before turning on the machine.

2. Check if the air pressure be connected in a proper way.

3. If there are any foreign objects on the machine and in the mould,Remove the foreign objects;

4. Confirm the hoses connected with peristaltic pumps be placed into the materials tank;

5.Check if the filling nozzles be aligned with the bottles mouth,capping heads with the bottles;

Station explanation:

(1). Bottles feeding:Vibrate bowl feeding the bottles,pneumatic elements guiding the bottles into turnplate,then the pneumatic elements retreat;

(2). Bottles pressing: Due to the free fall from the bottles fed by the pneumatic elements,the sation makes the bottle reach the bottom of holder;

(3). Filling station: Fill the liquid into the bottles; the station works together with the peristaltic pumps;

(4). Robot feeding: the robot feeds the pump into the bottles.

(5). Pressing Station: Tighten the bottles with the pump;

(6). Output: moving the final products out of the turnplate

2.Detector Switch

(1). Vials feeding station

[1]. Bottles-in cylinder: Guide the bottles in chute into the turnplate

[2]. Original point:: Bottles-in cylinder original place

[3]. Bottles-in Position: the sign of bottles in proper position

[4]. Feed-in sensor: The 2pcs of fibers detect the position in the chute; Either of the fiber cannot detect the bottles then the bottles-in cylinder will not work;.

[7]. Nozzles reaching: detect if the filling nozzle reach into the bottles or not

Ⅴ.Maintenance

1 、 È necessario controllare e mantenere la macchina per allungare la macchina e ottimizzare la funzione della macchina;

La macchina funzionante dovrebbe essere mantenuta ogni tre mesi; La parte del cuscinetto e del cambio deve essere lubrificata con grasso; La lubrificazione deve essere eseguita periodicamente; L'olio di scorrimento (N68) deve essere aggiunto alla parte come movimento alternativo del meccanismo o sollevamento due volte al giorno; L'olio per automobili (N68) deve essere aggiunto nelle parti rotanti o oscillanti; Ogni mezzo mese aggiungere il grasso nella fessura della camma; Ogni mese una volta per l'ugello dell'olio aggiungendo il grasso;

2 Non usare mai strumenti di metallo per colpire o raschiare la superficie in cui l'incollaggio è agglomerato su parti come componenti o stampi.

3.Se la macchina smette di funzionare a lungo, aggiungere il grasso per la lubrificazione nelle parti come la trasmissione o la parte del cuscinetto; Trattare anche la macchina con una protezione impermeabile。

4 Non appoggiare mai oggetti sulla macchina per non danneggiare la macchina.

5. Pulire periodicamente la polvere all'interno dei componenti, controllare anche tutte le viti e fissare eventuali viti allentate.

6. Controllare le viti nei terminali per il cablaggio in un determinato momento e assicurarsi che la vite sia fissata;

7.Controllare se vi sono stazioni allentate nel percorso di cablaggio allungato dalle scatole elettriche; Se la parte è troppo allentata, fissare nuovamente la vite per evitare abrasioni o danni allo strato isolante che può causare perdite elettriche;

8. Controllare i tamponi facilmente indossabili e sostituire quello danneggiato in tempo;

Ⅵ.Packaging & Transportation

Non appoggiare mai la macchina in posizione orizzontale o verticale; Scomporre il piede della macchina e fissare l'intera macchina con il fondo della cassa. La macchina dovrebbe rimanere ferma nella cassa senza perdere la cassa o scuotere la stazione durante la spedizione;

L'imballaggio della macchina deve essere neutro; Quando si sposta la macchina, utilizzare il carrello elevatore o la gru e spostare la macchina dal basso con movimento stabile; Notare l'illustrazione nell'immagine come sotto; quando si solleva e si fa oscillare la macchina, non consentire alla gru di contattare la macchina. Fissare la macchina con 4 pezzi M16X200 di bulloni, quindi collegare le gru e i bulloni per il sollevamento e l'oscillazione delle macchine. Nel frattempo per attutire gli oggetti di protezione sotto la macchina. Utilizzare il puntone per un sollevamento stabile, se necessario (illustrato come di seguito in fig)

Prima di disimballare la cassa controllare se ci sono danni sulla cassa; In caso di danni alla cassa, non aprire la cassa e contattare immediatamente la compagnia di spedizioni; Aprire la cassa sotto il controllo degli addetti alle spedizioni e registrare il processo;

Per quanto riguarda la sicurezza, la distanza da terra per il carrello elevatore deve essere mantenuta al di sotto di 1 m; Se si utilizza la gru per spostare la macchina, la distanza deve essere mantenuta da 2 metri a 2,5 metri
